Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
· Daily remote deposit of checks / apply payments to customers
· Daily review of bank accounts to identify and post all customer payments received
· Send customer statements and invoices when requested
· Contact customers to collect overdue balances
· Generate AR report to charge corresponding credit cards of amounts due
Job Requirements for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required
· Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounts receivable
· Collections experience required
· MS Office proficiency
· Experience with SAP software is a huge plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
